They sell expired food even without an expiration date attached. The vanilla cream waffle literally smelled like ammonia. Food without expiration date and expired dates must be reported to the Somerville Inspectional Services Department (ISD) Health Division. Shut this store down if they keep on selling expired food without labels. It's immoral and unethical because people can die from expired food without labels. I will never purchased prepacked food here ever again. I will only by frozen or dry foods with expiration dates.

Bought a pack of $13 pork rib and opened it right after I got home and it had gone bad. The smell was HORRIBLE. I opened it in my kitchen/living room and now I can’t even step into that room because I would throw up immediately. This is ridiculous as I would expect Hmart to be a high-end Asian grocery store. I will never visit this Hmart again.

First time I ever been here after attending a porchfest for the first time in my life my friend Eric, And Clinton and his band, I forget the name of this band it was an incredible name it just slips me right now! Anyway the Korean store was huge for a convenience store! The selection was fantastic! I have never seen so many different kinds of foods in my life! And I was able to get everything I wanted on that EBT card! The ribs were absolutely delicious! And the chips I can't even remember what kind of chips these were kind of like a corn honey flavor they were really good! And I got a Coke and something else I can't remember what that was? And then I caught my train right there at the station and headed towards home! I really want to go here again sometime and get some more stuff to eat their food was fantastic! I encourage everybody to eat there! I think it was at the porter stop on the red line! Like you're going to aleway! I can already taste that food again! I would like to visit there again next month! I wish I could give it more than a five-star rating! The people there were very helpful in nice as well! I'm grateful they spoke English! 😀🙏

PLEASE add sell-by dates to the sun noodle packs. Buyers: Beware of moldy noodles. Sample photos of a pack of noodles clearly asking retailer to apply use by date when stocking shelves. Who knows how long these have been defrosted? This was raised to management months ago and nothing has changed. Even contacted Sun noodles who wrote back and said they reached out.

Very clean unlike all other HMarts. And the size is quite big too even with low ceilings. Their take out food section is decent including banchan except for baked goods. Parking is surprisingly good on either street with metered parking.
